We re seeking for Flight Support / Task List Executive who have excellent communication skills and zeal to go extra miles to serve the customers

Responsibilities:-

• Knowledge - international/domestic travel voice process
• Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
• Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts days working environment.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
• Support customers across Telecommunication/E- mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

Required Skills:-

• Freshers with good communication skills will work candidates will work.
• Freshers from travel domain with good communication skills
• Experienced customer support candidates in travel domain
• Ready to work in rotational shifts (No Night Shifts for females)

• PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling.
• Will be coordinating with Airline and customers over the phone and emails.
• Responsible for Revenue generation for the company.

Required Skills:-

• Good Geographical Knowledge i.e., City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub etc.
• Minimum 3 Year of Hands-on experience in Domestic & International Ticketing.
• Good stability background.
• Good in Written and verbal English skills.
• Willing to work 24x7.
• Ability to perform under Pressure.
• Must have GDS Galileo hands on experience.
